Going Nuts
I wanted to surprise a little one I like very much with a hand made instrument. I hope her parents won’t go nuts listening to her 99th concert.

I hang out with a bunch of kids who fled the war. We drew still lives. They liked this one of my drawings the best.
Memories of Kyiv
This month I’ve decided not to showcase my current work, but look back at the archives from my trip to Ukraine, Kyiv, about 5 years ago. Can I just say this: I wish peace and freedom for our Ukrainian family and friends.
Scanning the Mood Octopus
This month I took a bunch of photos from our Mood Octopus and used RealityCapture to stitch together the images into a passable 3D model. Then I cleaned it up and started working on a scene with the little (now big) guy for next month’s Realm submission. I have to clean it up a little further and fix whatever’s happening with its hair simulation (yeah, since it’s a plush toy, I decided to generate some fur on the little fella). Added some camera shake and panting and “tada”, here’s a strange dramatic scene.
